Conventional – This standard nurse call system allows people to call staff or signal emergencies through hardwired pull cords or buttons. Staff will be notified as to the location and type of the call.
Wireless – A wireless system will provide all the functions as a conventional hard wired system but without the wiring. These systems can be installed quickly with minimal disruption. Our initial site survey will determine whether this type of system is suitable.
Panic Alarm – This system allows staff to protect themselves and residents by sounding the alarm in an emergency. Various types are available depending on your needs.
Addressable – These powerful systems can allow vital communication throughout a building between residents and staff. Addressable nurse call systems can be designed specifically for your premises.
CCTV – This allows staff to monitor the location of residents.

Nurse Call System Maintenance

All Datatel systems are of high quality and come with manufacturer warranties. However, to get the most out of your new system, we recommend that it is regularly serviced and maintained. Our maintenance contracts can give you peace of mind that your system is functioning optimally. We can provide basic on-site maintenance, or we can offer 24/7 call outs depending on which maintenance option you choose.
